This policy explains the information used when a business buyer contacts Velora Hijabs Factory. It is written for an enquiry-only website and does not describe consumer checkout, online payment or account features.

When you contact us, request a quotation or request samples, you may provide your name, business email, company, country or region, product interests, estimated quantities, target timeline, project details and files. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, those services also process the information you send through them.
How the information is used
Enquiry information is used to understand your wholesale project, assess manufacturing feasibility, discuss samples, MOQ, customization, packaging, timing and shipping, prepare a response, and maintain necessary business correspondence. We do not use this website for consumer checkout or automated purchasing decisions.
Files and product materials
Only upload files you are authorized to share. Product references, artwork and attachments are reviewed for your enquiry. File access should be limited to people or service providers needed to respond to the request. Sensitive personal records should not be uploaded.
Service providers and international access
The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Enquiries may be handled through Gmail and WhatsApp after those integrations are configured. These providers may process technical or message data under their own terms. Because we serve international buyers, information may be accessed from China and from the locations where these providers operate.
Storage and retention
The multi-SKU RFQ list is stored only in your browser until you clear it. The current website does not use advertising cookies. Enquiry correspondence and related files should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymized where practical.
Your choices

Please provide business information relevant to the project and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential data. Sending an enquiry confirms that you have read this policy and authorize us to use the submitted information to respond.
